No more daily warmups
I am going to suspend having a daily warmup. I am hoping these extra 10 minutes a day can be used by students to work on homework in class and be able to ask for help. Remember, I am usually in my room by 7:20am. Come see me if you are having trouble with any of your assignments. Mrs. Mancuso

Parent Email
There has been a glitch in the email system and I have been unable to email parents to notify them of tests, quizzes, etc. I hope to have this resolved soon. Appalachian Trail Extra Credit
Here is an opportunity to earn a free 100% Quiz Grade. Answer the following questions about the AT Bulletin Board in the hallway of 8th grade. Due Date: Wednesday 1/18/12
Students must write questions and answer in full and complete sentences.
1) Which section of the AT has the highest elevations?
2) Which section of the AT has the lowest elevations?
3) If you were going to hike the AT, which section would you choose and why?
4) Can a low elevation mountain have the same slope as a higher elevation mountain?
